Classroom presentation and test 1 hours 20 minutes
Course covers the conceptual principles of how to put scaffold together, including brands such as Instant Upright (Upright), Vault, and Werner.
Identification of parts, their function and what to inspect.
What actions are safe and what actions are not permitted.
Key points of safely building and using scaffold.

Run through an actual
pre-inspection of scaffold.
What kinds of damage to look for.
Practice and Testing 25 minutes per person
Safely build a scaffold to a minumum of 12ft, including outriggers,
guardrail and toeboards. Then safely disassemble the scaffold.
